Top 10 Reasons For Needing Auto Insurance

In Mexico, auto accidents are a crime punishable by jail time, fines, confiscation of the auto, and, occasionally, a great reason to flee the country. In Texas, it is auto insurance rates that are a crime punishable by indentured servitude, confiscation of expendable assets, and, occasionally, a great reason to flee TO Mexico. So how come people buy it?

1.  Every state now has mandatory auto insurance laws. If you have a driver's license, you MUST have at least the state minimum limits for auto insurance.  If you are caught without insurance, you will be fined, have to file proof of financial responsibility, AND PAY much higher premiums.
